It's almost Fight Night; congratulations to Samantha for raising over £600 so far for Willen Hospice!
BOA Plant are extremely proud to be sponsoring one of our own, to raise much needed funds for Willen Hospice.
Samantha Campion-Frost is a member of the BOA Plant extended family and is very bravely partaking in the next Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) event in Milton Keynes on 23rd March 2024.
Willen Hospice is the only adult Hospice in the local area, supporting people in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas who have been given a devastating prognosis. Their specialist palliative care services help them with every aspect of their life, including clinical care, therapy and wellbeing and social care.
Whatever their illness, whether it's cancer or heart failure, or more complex such as Motor Neurone Disease or Dementia, Willen Hospice is there for them and their families.
This care is provided completely free of charge and is only partially funded by the NHS, which means they heavily rely on the support and generosity from their local community to help raise the additional £5.9 million needed every year.
We, here at BOA Plant, whole heartedly support Samantha's chosen charity. Samantha has very personal reasons for choosing to raise money for this fantastic cause and the amazing work their decicated team perform every day.
